Your repertoire,
move by move,
remembered.

Build your openings as a tree of lines, then drill each one against an opponent who plays your prepared replies. Movemory brings back the lines you get wrong sooner, so they stick before your next game.

Ruy Lopez

Your move. Retreat or exchange? You played this line right 3 times in a row.

How it works

From your notes to moves you play without thinking

1

Add an opening

Play the moves on the board, paste a PGN, or start from the built-in library of popular openings and pick how deep to go.

2

Drill a line or the whole tree

You play your side. The opponent answers with moves from your repertoire, picked at random across branches, so you cannot memorize the order.

3

Come back when it is due

Every line has its own schedule. A mistake brings it back tomorrow, a clean run pushes it further out. The Today screen shows what to review.

Your repertoire as a tree

See which lines you know and which ones slip

Each branch from the first move to the last is a line with its own progress. Movemory tracks every one of them separately.

FAQ

Questions

Who is Movemory for?

For club and online players who prepare openings and keep forgetting them at the board. It does not replace an engine or a coach. It helps you remember the lines you already chose.

What counts as a move in the storage limit?

Each position in your repertoire tree counts once. Your training history does not count. A typical opening with a dozen lines is 150 to 400 moves.

How does the free trial work?

Yearly Pro starts with 7 free days. You can cancel before the trial ends and you will not be charged. After the trial, the subscription renews every year until you cancel.

Can I get a refund?

Yes. If you bought Pro on our website, you can ask for a full refund within 14 days of a payment. See the Refund Policy. Purchases in the App Store or Google Play are refunded by Apple or Google under their own rules.

What happens to my openings if I cancel Pro?

Nothing is deleted. Every opening stays available for training and viewing, and you can still rename or delete openings and moves. Adding new openings or moves is paused until your repertoire fits the Free limits again or you renew Pro. You can export everything as PGN at any time.
